His work experience includes building large social media followings, negotiating numerous music production deals, developing and executing public relations campaigns, and much more. Jon Yob has facilitated almost every critical aspect of managing the development for an emerging music artist. Among these elements, Jon Yob especially enjoys identifying talented up and coming artists, working on the artist’s overall persona and development, securing high level collaboration, coordinating the artist’s team to match the artist’s direction, and managing critical marketing in areas including social media, Spotify, YouTube, and radio promotion. He has the experience that counts. Jon Yob has worked closely with AEG Music and has secured live performance simulcasting on their AXS Patio Sessions program in DTLA. In addition, he has organized live shows, vocal coaching, choreography/movement lessons and music video production and promotion.

Jon Yob is also the founder & president
of the Yob Family Foundation, which spearheaded Ruth Eckerd Hall’s GRAMMY Museum’s® Music Revolution Project in Tampa. The Grammy branded Music Revolution of Tampa Bay is an intensive, four week program for talented area musicians that includes instruction, performance and mentoring with award-winning artists, directors and composers culminating in a live concert on the Ruth Eckerd Hall stage. Attendance of these grand finale concerts often exceeds one thousand people.
The Music Revolution Project
is a free intensive program that offers talented young artists between the ages of 14-21 the chance to engage in musical workshops, songwriting courses, mentoring sessions and to record the material they’ve written and performed live. Many of the graduates of this program are successful young artists today.
